Welcome to Club Player. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of club-player-canada.com and all services we offer. Please read them carefully before registering an account. By signing up, you're agreeing to everything in this document, so it's worth taking a few minutes to go through it.
If you're in Ontario, additional terms may apply under the iGaming Ontario framework. Where provincial rules conflict with these general terms, the provincial rules take precedence.
You must meet all of the following requirements to open and use a Club Player account:
We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time. If you don't meet these requirements, don't register. If we discover you've registered while ineligible, we'll close your account and may void any winnings.
One account per person. That's the rule. You cannot open multiple accounts, share an account with someone else, or use another person's account. Doing any of these things is grounds for immediate account closure.
When you register, you need to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If anything changes — your address, your email, your payment details — update your account promptly. We're not responsible for issues that arise because your information was out of date.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Don't share your password with anyone. If you think your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately at [email protected].
Canadian law requires us to verify who you are before you can withdraw funds. This process is called Know Your Customer (KYC). We may ask you to provide:
We aim to complete verification quickly, but it can take up to 72 hours in some cases. Withdrawals won't be processed until verification is complete. This isn't us being difficult — it's a legal requirement we take seriously.
All transactions on Club Player are processed in Canadian dollars (C$). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
We only accept payments from accounts or cards held in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted. If we identify a third-party payment, we'll return the funds and may suspend your account pending investigation.
Withdrawal processing times depend on your chosen payment method. We'll always aim to process your request as quickly as possible, but some methods take longer than others. Once we've approved your withdrawal, the timeline is largely in the hands of your bank or payment provider.
We don't charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your bank or payment provider might. Check with them directly.
From time to time, Club Player offers bonuses, free spins, and other promotions. Each promotion comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts. These terms are posted alongside each offer.
Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using software to exploit promotions, or any other form of manipulation — will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, and may lead to account closure. We monitor for this kind of activity and take it seriously.
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after you've already started meeting its requirements, we'll handle it fairly on a case-by-case basis.
Gambling is entertainment. It's meant to be enjoyable, and for most people it is. But we know that for some players, it can become a problem. Club Player is committed to responsible gambling and we provide tools to help you stay in control.

To set limits or self-exclude, visit your account settings or contact our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once you've self-excluded, we won't send you marketing communications and we'll do everything we can to prevent you from accessing your account during the exclusion period.

Club Player uses certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure all game outcomes are fair and unpredictable. Our games are tested by independent auditors. You can trust that the results are genuine.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
If we detect prohibited conduct, we'll suspend or close your account, void any affected winnings, and report the activity to the relevant authorities where required by law.
Everything on club-player-canada.com — the design, the content, the software, the logos — belongs to Club Player or its licensors. You're welcome to use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. But you can't copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of it without our written permission.
Club Player is not liable for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, technical failures on your device, or third-party service disruptions. We're also not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that can't be excluded under Canadian law.
You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If you have a balance, we'll process a withdrawal to your verified payment method after completing any required checks.
We can suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if we're required to do so by law or a regulator, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent or harmful activity. In cases of serious misconduct, we may withhold funds pending investigation.
If you have a complaint, start by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. We aim to resolve all complaints within 10 business days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant provincial gaming regulator. Ontario players can contact iGaming Ontario directly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province in which you reside. Any disputes that can't be resolved through our complaints process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Canadian courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version on this page and notify you by email if the changes are significant. Continuing to use Club Player after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree with a change, close your account before it takes effect.
